Create, For The Love Of It!

Create, For The Love Of It was an idea dreamt up at the beginning of 2026, led by a craving to create more, just for fun. As a society, we are driven so much by monetising our hobbies, but I wanted to make something that was based purely on creating, for the love of it. A way to create more of a community too, all focused on harnessing and sharing skills. 

The concept is simple - each month I release a new creative prompt via my Instagram for us to focus on, posted in an inspiration collage format. This is sometimes crafts I have dabbled in before and other times something completely new to me (always with an aim of being attainable, sustainable and affordable). As a community we then use that prompt as a guide for our creativity that month. As I dive into that month's projects, I share the process along the way, ask for advice on where to take the next steps of the project, sometimes filming the whole process, and share a roundup at the end of what I created, products used, and how I found the process.
